FRUIT CREPES - THIRD REPORT
For
preparation we present the proportions and prices of ingredients for eight
portions.
For Crepe Base: For Filling and
Decoration:
- 1/4 pound of flour..........

- 1/2 liter of milk...............

pound of strawberries….. $750
- 1/8 pound of sugar........
$400 - 1 can condensed milk……… $1200
- 1 dash of cinnamon.......

- Touch of vanilla............. $160
- 25 grams of butter……. $200
Total price for the eight portions is of
$5760 and the price per serving is of $720.
Preparation
Put
the flour and eggs in a bowl, gradually add the milk, sugar, cinnamon and
vanilla to the mixture, stir it well and let stand for ten minutes. When the
dough is ready, heat butter in a pan, pour a portion and allow it to expand to
be forming pancakes, leave to the fire for a minute or until crepe is browned
on both sides. Repeat this last step until the mass end.
