FRUIT CREPES - THIRD REPORT

For preparation we present the proportions and prices of ingredients for eight portions. 

For Crepe Base:                                             For Filling and Decoration:                        
- 1/4 pound of flour.......... $300                      - 1 Apple………………………. $500
- 3 eggs.............................$900                      - 2 bananas................................ $400
- 1/2 liter of milk............... $750                      - 1/2 pound of strawberries….. $750
- 1/8 pound of sugar........ $400                      - 1 can condensed milk……… $1200
- 1 dash of cinnamon....... $200
- Touch of vanilla.............  $160
- 25 grams of butter……. $200                                   

Total price for the eight portions is of $5760 and the price per serving is of $720.

            

                              


Preparation
Put the flour and eggs in a bowl, gradually add the milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla to the mixture, stir it well and let stand for ten minutes. When the dough is ready, heat butter in a pan, pour a portion and allow it to expand to be forming pancakes, leave to the fire for a minute or until crepe is browned on both sides. Repeat this last step until the mass end.

  1. Good! your recipe has improved significately, and you're using your own media which is good. But check that you're still missing the nutritional facts and the justifications of its wellness. But I like the way it's going on, check the guidelines and th file I sent you for improving your recipe.
