The crepe is made mainly from
wheat flour, with which it produces a disk-shaped mass, whose basic ingredients
are: flour, eggs, milk, butter and sugar.
This recipe has
become in the base of delicious breakfasts, tempting snacks, magnificent meal
and extraordinary desserts. The dough may be sweet or salt, and depending of
its use, the crepe is filled or glacea.
For the
realization of our recipe, we chose a delicious fruit crepe; because this has
the fruits as main ingredients, has a high nutritional content, because the
fruit give to our body a high water, fiber, vitamin C and antioxidants content;
elements which have different nutritional qualities helping our body to eliminate toxins, keep hydrated,
regular bowel function, tissue repair, protect against diseases related to
nervous system degeneration and many other benefits for our body and health.
